Man Sentenced In Salisbury Murder

SALSIBURY, Md. - The man convicted in the shooting death of 23 year-old Jose Andres Aguilera will spend a number of decades in prison.

In May, 19 year-old Deyamah Fisher pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and firearm use in a felony or violent crime.  Thursday, he was sentenced to 65 years behind bars, plus an additional eight and a half years for violating his probation in another incident.

He also pleaded guilty to a robbery charge that occurred the night before the homicide on October 27.

Fisher will be eligible for parole after serving half of his sentence.
