CAMBRIDGE, Md. - Police have charged a Hurlock man with drug offenses. Cambridge Police say they stopped a vehicle on Race Street for a traffic violation.
During the stop, the officer apparently smelled marijuana which lead to a search of the vehicle. They say they search turned up more than 100 grams of marijuana, along with drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested 42-year-old Brad Smith, and charged him with possession of marijuana with intent to distributed, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith is being held on $30,000 bond.
