UPDATE: Suspect Arrested In Accomack Co. Homicide

ACCOMACK CO., Va. - Police say they have made an arrest in connection with Sunday's homicide in Tasley. According to the Accomack County Sheriff's Office, on Tuesday, 24-year-old Jamar Hickman was arrested in Salisbury by US Marshals and the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest stems from the July 28th homicide of James Wyatt, who died after gunshots were fired during a fight between several people at a Daugherty Road home, near Tasley.

Hickman is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center pending extradition to Accomack County, where he will face 1st degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a murder charges.
