EASTON, Md. - Easton Police say they are serving a criminal summons on a Federalsburg woman for a theft scheme at a Lowes in Easton.
According to reports, Felecia Deshields, 28, entered the Lowes store several times in June to steal merchandise. Deshields and another person working with her reportedly pretended to be exchanging items and walked out with items such as air conditioning units. Police say Deshields was charged with three counts of theft under $1,000, three counts of conspiracy to commit theft and theft scheme. She is allegedly now scheduled to appear in court in August.
