DE State Police Search For Wanted Bridgeville Sex Offender

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. - Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) say they are currently looking for a Bridgeville sex offender after he failed to register his sex offender status.

According to reports, investigators obtained a warrant for Tywan Fooks, 39, a Tier II sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register as required by law. Fooks is reportedly a black male, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He may allegedly be in the Bridgeville area.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is asking anyone who may know the location of Fooks to call Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
