GEORGETOWN, Del. - Earlier today, we got an email, about a little girl from Georgetown with a rare kidney disease, and her family hopes someone out there can help save her life.

Three year-old Jordyn Maddox suffers from Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease, and is currently in end stage renal failure.  Jordyn's family is looking for a living donor, in good health, between the ages of 21 and 55 years-old blood type B or O positive or negative type.

If anyone would like to see if they are a match, please contact the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Nephrology team and ask to speak with a transplant coordinator at (215) 590-2449.
