UPDATE: Two Charged In West OC Bank Robbery

WEST OCEAN CITY, Md. - Two men accused of robbing a West Ocean City bank, have been charged.

Maryland State Police say they have charged 36-year-old Heath Derizzo, and 35-year-old Dale Mentzer, both of Pennsylvania, after their arrests on Tuesday night. The two are charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft $1,000-$10,000, and conspiracy to commit theft $1,000 to $10,000.

The charges stem from an incident on Tuesday morning, when Derizzo, reportedly walked into the PNC Bank in West Ocean City, around 9:10 AM, and demanded money. The suspect fled without any money, according to the report.

Derizzo and Mentzer are being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond.
