Ocean City Man Charged With Unlawful Sale Of Firearm

SALISBURY, Md. - An Ocean City man is behind bars after allegedly being involved in the illegal sale of an assault rifle.

Maryland State Police say on Monday, they arrested 45-year-old David Catrino, in connection with a warrant that was issued in June. Authorities say Catrino was trying to sell an AK-47 Assault rifle.

He was charged with unlawful sale/transfer of a regulated firearm and four counts of assault weapons violations. Catrino is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center on $50,000 bond.
