Fire Marshal's Office Investigates Warehouse Fire in Caroline Co.

CAROLINE CO., Md. - The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office says they are investigating a fire at the Tri-Me Food Warehouse at the rear of 11 Central Avenue in Ridgley.

According to reports, on Friday night at around 9:40 PM, the fire marshal's office responded to a commercial trash can that was caught on fire. Reports say estimated damages are around $500, and the fire was controlled within five minutes. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Upper Eastern Regional Office at 410-822-7609.
