Storm Causes High Water And Dark Traffic Lights In DE

DELAWARE - With heavy rains hitting much of the area, DelDOT is asking drivers to stay off the roads.

They say the weather is creating hazardous roads conditions in both Kent and Sussex Counties. If you do have to drive, do so with caution

. The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning until 5:15 PM.

Route 54, in Sussex County, near Sand Cove Road, has been damaged by the flooding. The road remains open.
