Salisbury's Third Friday To Host Time Travel Event

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - Downtown Salisbury invites you to travel back in time with art, fun and entertainment! Friday July 19th will be the next 3rd Friday in Downtown Salisbury, and the theme is Time Travel. Wear an outfit from your favorite decade and go back in time or into the future, exploring the history of Downtown Salisbury.

The plaza will be the center of the action with artists, crafters and live music. You can enjoy pictures of Old Downtown Salisbury and look at the Memories of Downtown Exhibit in the Powell Building entryway.

Don't forget to stop by the Time Machine photo booth,  also known as The Tardis, and travel to whatever time period you desire.

Right across Division Street on the Government Office Building Lawn, B & B music will have their open mic and student musician showcase! Afterwards, enjoy a Free Friday Flick on the lawn, courtesy of SWAC and the Wicomico Public Library at 8 p.m.

Salisbury's 3rd Friday is an all-volunteer effort of the Salisbury Arts & Entertainment District Committee. There is no charge for local artists to set up, only registration is required. For more information visit 3rd Friday's website.
