WICOMICO CO., Md. - The sixth and final suspect in the murder of Arnold Fagans Jr., is in custody. The Wicomico County State's Attorney's office confirms that 21-year-old Keenan Victor, of Salisbury, was arrested in Broward County, Florida last month.

Local authorities are now working with those in Florida to extradite Victor back to Maryland, where he will be held at the Wicomico County Detention Center. He's expected back sometime this week.

A bit a of background for you, Fagans was gunned down at the West Road Apartments last January, the first murder of the year. All of the other suspects have since been convicted.

Since Victor has already formally been charged, once he is back in Wicomico County, a bail review will be the next step. A date for that has not been set. Those charges include, 1st and 2nd degree murder, 1st and 2nd degree assault, multiple conspiracy offenses, and a slew of weapons charges.
