UPDATE: Suspect Wanted In Fatal Shooting In Delmar, MD Apprehended

DELMAR, Md. - The search for accused gunman, 29-year-old Eddie Savage Jr. is now over.

Savage Jr. was wanted for First Degree Murder.  On Sunday the Wicomico County Sheriff confirmed that a man died after being shot earlier on Foskey Lane.  According to police, a verbal altercation had begun in the house, leading the suspect to retrieve a firearm and allegedly shoot the victim, who has been identified as 48-year-old Kenneth Sparks of Hurlock, MD.

The shooting sparked a multi-agency manhunt that continued throughout the night and most of Monday. On Monday night the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office confirmed that he had been apprehended without incident. He is being held and the Wicomico County Detention Center pending an initial hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
