DELAWARE - Police are looking for two sex offenders, after they failed to take to proper steps with authorities.

In Laurel, Delaware State Police say, Troy Burton, 43, a medium risk offender, is wanted after not verifying his address with DSP's Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit. He is required to do so, by law, within three days. Burton, seen here to the right, is described as a black male, 5' 10" tall, weighting 210 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

In Dover, SOAR is looking for 44-year-old Michael Waters, who is also a medium risk offender, after he didn't register his status as a sex offender, with them. Waters, seen here to the right, is described as a black male, 5' 11, weighting 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police believe that he is in the Dover area.

If you have any information about either of these wanted men, contact 302-672-5306, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333. Tips can also be submitted to the DSP Mobile Crime App, texting DSP to CRIMES (274637), or by visiting the TipSubmit website.
