DOVER, Del. - A Dover man is behind bars, after allegedly breaking into a home, and kidnapping his own child. Dover Police say on Sunday, just after 7:30 AM, 21-year-old Kayron Graham, forced his way into a W. Loockerman Street home.

Once inside, Police say Graham choked a 21-year-old woman, telling her she'd never see her son again, then he reportedly took their 1-year-old child, and fled.

An Amber Alert was issued for the child, and a short time later, Graham reportedly dropped off the child at a relative's home, and then returned to his mother. Graham turned himself in on Monday.

He was charged with 1st degree kidnapping, home invasion, strangulation, and criminal mischief. Graham is being held on $58,000 bond at James T. Vaughn Correctional.
