OCPD Traffic Stop Leads To 6 Person Drug Arrest

OCEAN CITY, Md. - Six Ocean City visitors were arrested after a routine traffic stop, Tuesday. It happened around 4 in the afternoon at 1st Street and Philadelphia Avenue.

An officer pulled over a vehicle for a seat belt violation. That officer reportedly saw the six people inside acting scared and nervous and requested a search. We've learned that during the search, officers found a one-quarters pound of marijuana, more than 100 doses of LSD, a "butterfly style" knife, and $2,000+. Authorities report that they also seized the vehicle as contraband.

Those charged in the incident are as follows:

Eric Michael Livering, 24, of Lebanon, PA
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of LSD
- Making false statements to a police officer
- Not restrained by a seatbelt
- Failure to provide license to a police officer

Joshua Tyler Saverwein, 18, of Lebonon, PA
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of LSD

Seth Richard Shindel, 21, of Lebanon, PA
- Possession with intent to distribute LSD
- Possession of LSD
- Possession of marijuana

Leah Corinne Moyer, 18, Cleono, PA
- 2 counts of possession of LSD with intent to distribute
- Possession of LSD
- Possession of marijuana

Ari Ann Hoch, 32, Lebonon, PA
- 2 counts of possession of LSD with intent to distribute
- Possession of LSD
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of a concealed dangerous weapon

Alfredo Alexander Hernandez, 31, of Palmyra, PA
- Possession of marijuana
- Possession of LSD

Moyer and Hoch were taken to the Worcester County Jail on $2,500 bond.
