Harrington Man Accused Of Raping Step-Daughter

HARRINGTON, Del. - A Harrington man is behind bars, after allegedly raping his step-daughter at gunpoint.

Delaware State Police say on Wednesday night, around 9:25 PM, they were contacted by a 22-year-old victim, who told them her step-father 53-year-old Jerome Hall, had held a gun to her and forced her to do sexual acts with him in a Vernon Road home. According to the report, after a struggle, the victim was able to get away from Hall, and run to a neighbors house, where she called 911.

Police searched the home, and recovered a black BB gun, drug paraphernalia, and a used condom. Hall was arrested, and charged with 1st degree rape, aggravated menacing, 1st degree unlawful imprisonment, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $15,500 bond.
