WMDT 47 News - A 19-year-old Salisbury man now awaits sentencing for traveling the interstate to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, and possession of child pornography.

Monday, Akshay Rajashekar pleaded guilty to federal child sex charges. According to government evidence, back in March, Rajashekar contacted an undercover FBI officer, whom he believed to be the father of an underage girl, eventually making arrangements to meet with that girl for sexual acts.
