Fire At Cambridge Salvation Army Monday Afternoon

CAMBRIDGE, Md. - A four alarm fire in Cambridge rips through a Salvation Army store, resulting in an estimated $500,000 in damages.

More than 125 firefighters battled the blaze for nearly three hours Monday afternoon. A preliminary investigation revealed the fire started on the first floor of the building, but the cause is still not clear. No injuries have been reported. In an effort to assist investigators, officials ask anyone inside the building prior to and during the incident to call the State Fire Marshall's office at 410-713-3780.
