UPDATE: Teenager Charged In Connection With June Jam Golf Cart Thefts

HOUSTON, Del. - Just days after the return of those missing and damaged golf carts, charges have been handed out. A 17-year-old male, from Harrington, turned himself in to Delaware State Police over the weekend.

He has since been formally charged with Felony Theft of a Motor Vehicle, felony count of 2nd degree Conspiracy, and 2 counts of misdemeanor Criminal Mischief. The teenager was released to the custody of his parents, pending an arraignment in Kent County Family Court.
