Car Catches Fire After Accident In Dorchester Co.

DORCHERTER CO., Md. - Police say an accident in Dorchester County ends with a car engulfed in flames.

Maryland State police say Troopers were dispatched to Rt. 50 and Moose Lodge Road on Saturday afternoon.

An investigation revealed that 19 year old Dalton Deller was traveling Westbound on Route 50 when he reportedly rear-ended 21-year-old Myles Iillian, who was forced to stop due to heavy traffic.

Police say, Deller's car caught fire on the shoulder of route 50 after the accident, but all three of the car's occupants were able to escape. According to reports, Deller and the passengers of his vehicle were all brought to a local hospital for unknown injuries.

Authorities say Deller faces numerous charges including Negligent and reckless driving.
