DE Police Searching For Wanted Wilmington Sex Offender

WILMINGTON, Del. - The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit (S.O.A.R) is looking for a Wilmington sex offender.

Investigators have obtained a warrant for 42-year-old James Dupree, a Tier II sex offender, after they learned that he failed to register his sex offender status.

He is described as a black male, 6'2" tall, 205 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  He may be in the Wilmington area.

Delaware State Police is asking for anyone with information to call 9-1-1 or 302-672-5306. You can also call Delaware Crime Stoppers at (800) TIP-3333.
