Salisbury Allowed To Rehab, Demolish, Or Sell Vacant Homes

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - In an effort to continue to beautify Salisbury, Monday, the City Council approved an ordinance that could let the Wicomico County Circuit Court appoint someone to rehabilitate, demolish, or sell vacant structures and lots.

These are properties that have either been condemned, have an outstanding lien for maintenance, or have been boarded up for more than six months without approval.

If you believe there is a property like this in your neighborhood, you're asked to contact the Neighborhood Services and Code Compliance office at 410-341-95-50.
