NEWARK, Del. (AP) - The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in New Castle County.

EF0 is the lowest indicator on the tornado scale. Such a tornado has winds of up to 85 mph.

No injuries were reported, but dozens of homes were damaged, trees were uprooted, and power lines were downed.
