DELAWARE CITY, Del. (AP) - The State Fire Marshal's office says a man has been charged with murder and arson in a 2010 fire that killed his two young children and his fiancee.

Authorities say 28-year-old Travis M. Jones of Delaware City was arrested Monday. He has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of arson. He is being held without bail.

The fire occurred on Oct. 4, 2010 in Delaware City. Officials say 19-year-old Teyonna Watts and her children, 3-year-old Breyonna Jones and 7-month-old Jordan Jones, were trapped in the flames and died.
