Salisbury Police Arrest 7 On Theft Charges

SALISBURY, Md. - A local Police department is cracking down on shoplifting. Salisbury Police say they arrested seven people for shoplifting, between May 17th and 23rd, at different establishments throughout the City.  

32-year-old Charles Carey, of Delmar, MD
49-year-old Isaac Clark of East New Market, MD
29-year-old Daniel Ellis of Laurel, DE
30-year-old Laura Wiggins of Salisbury, MD
35-year-old Carla Hultzil Manzanilla of Salisbury
40-year-old Marlene Lopez, of Salisbury, MD
41-year-old Shawn Simon, of Pocomoke, MD

All seven are charged with theft.
