DOVER, Del. (AP) - Correction officials say an inmate who failed to return to a community corrections center in Dover has been found.
Officials said Friday that Dover police found 30-year-old Jason Groff of Felton on Thursday. He left Morris Community Corrections Center on an authorized pass but did not return on Sunday. Groff was serving time for second-degree robbery.
Community corrections centers manage offenders who are transitioning back into the community and are permitted to the leave the facility to go to work, seek jobs or attend approved treatment sessions.
Groff is being held at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna.
