Fisher Pleads Guilty To Homicide

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - 19-year-old Deyamah Fisher pleaded guilty to first-degree murder, firearm use in a felony or violent crime and attempted first-degree murder Thursday morning in Wicomico County Circuit Court.

He is one of three suspects involved in murder of 23-year-old Jose Andres Aguilar on October 28, 2012.

He also pleaded guilty to a robbery charge that occurred the night before the homicide on October 27.

Sentencing has been pushed to about 60 days from now because Aguilar's fiance was not able to give a victim impact statement in court.

If the plea agreement is accepted, Fisher will be sentenced to 65 years behind bars.
