HEBRON, Md. - Gail Williamson Melton, 57, of Hebron, Maryland passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2013. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Grover Audie and Evelyn Gregory Williamson. Gail was a Licensed Practical Nurse for over 20 years. Using her nursing knowledge, Gail worked at Peninsula Regional Medic al Center as a telemetry technician, when health issues would not allow her to perform patient care any longer. She enjoyed helping people, doing little things in the background not brining attention to what she did. Her greatest enjoyment was the beach and ocean, collecting seashells was a passion. A favorite beach was Assateague seashore, enjoying the ponies, always laughing when they helped themselves to our lunch. She will be greatly missed by family and co-workers alike. Her love for the Lord was evident in all that she did. A favorite phrase was "Christians are not perfect. Just forgiven by a God who is!"

She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald Melton of Hebron, MD; children, Mallory Melton of Laramie, WY, Micah Melton of Seaford, DE, Mitchell Melton of Orlando, FL; sisters and a brother, Marie W. Bryson of Flinstone, GA, Edna Ann W. Shelton of Salem, OR, Gregory W. Williamson of Ft. Payne, AL and Laura W. Vanderfriff of Rossville, GA; an aunt, Ruby G.
