UPDATE: Two Salisbury Shooting/Armed Robbery Suspects At Large

SALISBURY, Md. - Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a Sunday night shooting in Wicomico County.

Salisbury Police say they were called to Winterbourne Lane in Salisbury just after 9:40 PM, for an armed robbery with shots fired. An investigation showed that a 31-year-old Salisbury man, and a woman got out of their car in the parking lot, when two people walked up to them. The woman was apparently able to get away safely by running into an apartment.

According to the report the two suspects pulled out a gun and demanded money from 31-year-old male victim, and then used plastic cable ties to bind his hands. Police say during the robbery, several shots were fired, and the victim was hit twice, once in the abdomen, once in the groin. The suspects then apparently fled on foot.

The victim underwent surgery at PRMC for his injuries.

Salisbury Police, along with assistance from the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, Maryland State Police Aviation Unit, and Fruitland Police all searched the area, but the suspects weren't found.

Police are looking to locate two black males. Suspect one is described as late 20s - early 30s, about 5' 8" tall, clean shaven, wearing a burgundy hoodie. Suspect two was last seen wearing a white hoodie. One of the men was reportedly armed with a handgun.
