Police Say Alcohol A Factor In Berlin Accident

BERLIN, Md. - Police say was a factor in a two car accident Sunday night.

According to the Maryland State Police, around 9:00 PM, a Toyota Corolla was stopped at a red light at the intersection of U.S. 50 Westbound and Friendship Road when it was rear-ended by a Chevy Impala.

Police say the driver of the Impala, 40 year old Jodi Yankalunas, was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested and charged with D-U-I.

Officers say there were no injuries reported.
