UPDATE: Suspect Arrested For Assault In Salisbury

SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury Police say former person of interest, Brian Keith Hensley has now been arrested for assault.  Police say he was taken into custody without incident at his residence on the 7000 block of Topaz Ct. in Hebron after being located Thursday evening.

Reports say he now faces multiple charges including assault in the first and second degree and armed robbery.

Police have also released new details in the case.

According to investigators, on Thursday morning officers responded to the 200 Block of Ohio Avenue where the incident took place.  They reportedly found the victim, 18 year-old Jamie Fagans, who is now at Shock Trauma in Baltimore being treated for facial injuries.

Authorities say an investigation determined that Hensley allegedly assaulted Fagans and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from him.
