WICOMICO CO., Md. - A local sheriff's office has arrested a long time fugitive. On Tuesday, Deputies with the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office headed to Charlotte, North Carolina to extradite 38-year-old Shawn Brown back to Wicomico County.

Brown has been wanted since March 2012, and has frequently been featured on WMDT's Fugitive Friday segment. Lt. Tim Robinson tells us, "That feels great anytime we can get a fugitive off the list and bring them to justice here in Wicomico County."

Browns warrants include CDS distribution case, counterfeit currency, and child support non-compliance. He is now being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond.
