Three Sex Offenders Wanted In Delaware

DELAWARE - State Police are looking for three local sex offenders. Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are searching for three men who apparently haven't registered their addresses with them.

First, in Seaford, DSP are looking for 56-year-old Anthony Wright, a high risk offender, after he failed to register his home address with officials, which he is required by law to do, within three days. Wright, seen here to the right, is described as a black male, 5' 9" tall, weighting 225 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Next in Laurel, 59-year-old Bruce Wilkerson, a medium risk offender, is wanted for not re-registering his current address with SOAR, within three days, as he is required by law to do. Wilkerson, seen here to the right, is described as a white male, 5' 11" tall, weighting 155 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Lastly, in Dover, 63-year-old Julius Minus is wanted after he didn't re-register as homeless with SOAR, which he has to do, by law, within three days. Minus is a moderate risk offender, seen here to the right, is described as a black male, 5' 10" tall, weighting 155 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
