GRASONVILLE, Md. - An one vehicle accident in Queen's Anne County remains under investigation.

Office of the Sheriff for Queen Anne's County says on Tuesday, just before 6:30 AM, a white E-350 Ford work van tried to pass a slower vehicle on Bennett Point Road, but lost control, went off the road, where it rolled several times.

The driver, Robert L. Russell, 63, of Grasonville, who was reportedly the only person inside, was flown to Shock Trauma. Police say they believe both road conditions and speed to be a factor. The road has been re-opened at this time, but the accident is still under investigation.
