Former Salisbury Executive Officer, Pat Fennell, Passes Away

SALISBURY, Md. - A man who served the City of Salisbury for 22 years, has died.

The City has announced that Pat Fennell, who was employed as The City of Salisbury Executive Officer for 22 years, after retiring from the Marine Corps, has passed away. In his time in the position, he supervised the City's many departments, and acquired numerous grants for the city.

John Pick, Salisbury City Administrator, said of Fennell, "It was an honor for me to succeed Pat as the City's Executive Officer. Pat provided strong leadership to the City and our departments and laid a firm foundation for us to prepare for the future."
