3 Hurt In Police Car Collision

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington police say three people were hurt when an unmarked police car collided with another vehicle.
    
It happened about 12:20 p.m. Friday on North Market Street. Officers say the police vehicle say was traveling south approaching an intersection.
    
Authorities say a car traveling north failed to yield to southbound traffic in trying to make a left turn. The police vehicle hit the car.
    
The officer and the driver and a passenger in the other car were taken to local hospitals.
    
The accident is under investigation.
