Blake Pleads Guilty To 1st Degree Murder

WICOMICO CO., Md. - In Wicomico County, a Salisbury man that pleaded guilty to Armed Robbery charges stemming from a crime last fall, was back in a court this morning.

20-year-old Tevin Blake has pleaded guilty to 1st degree murder and attempted 1st degree murder, in the death of Andreas Aguilar and injury of a 16-year-old, last fall. As a result of his conviction, the judge sentenced Blake to life, with all but 45 years suspended.

This time is in addition to the 20 years he was sentenced to just last week for Armed Robbery. This means he will spend a total of 65 years behind bars, before being up for parole.
