UPDATE: Judge Rules No Bond For Bundick

Posted: Updated:

ACCOMACK CO., Va. -  It's no bond for Bundick, the woman at the center of those Accomack County arsons. She was in court this morning for a bond hearing.

The judge who presided over the case says because Virginia will charge her with over 70 arsons, she is quote "a flight risk and danger to the public."

Right now Tonya Bundick and Charles Smith are charged with 1 count of arson and one count of Conspiracy. We're told more charges are to come. Both are scheduled for a preliminary hearing June 17th.
