Police stopped a white pickup truck after it parked and turned off its lights on Cooper Road. The truck had three people inside, Heather Ridgway, 31, and Darnell Eaddy, 23, both of Dover, along with Amber Prekenis, 28, of Camden.

A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed 22 baggies of heroin, totaling .55 grams, along with pills, digital scales, more than $730 cash, and drug paraphernalia.

Ridgway was charged with possession with intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence, 2nd degree conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held at SCI on $12,500 bond.

Preskenis was charged with possession with intent to deliver, 2nd degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held at SCI on $11,000 bond.
