Two Salisbury Attempted Robbery Suspects At Large

Posted: Updated:

SALISBURY, Md. - Police are looking for two suspects, who allegedly tried to hold up two store employees at gunpoint. Salisbury Police say two employees of the Dollar Tree on Tilghman Road had just locked up, and were walking to their cars when they were approached by two men with handguns.

According to the report, the suspects demanded the bank deposit from the employees, who then informed the suspects that it was locked inside of a safe in the store. The suspects then reportedly fled on foot, empty handed.

Police searched the area with K-9 units, but only turned up two pellet guns. The suspects are described as white males, around 20-years-old, 5' 7" tall, medium builds, wearing jeans, black hooded sweatshirts, and a bandana covering their faces. One apparently had blonde hair.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Salisbury Police at 410-548-3165, or Crime Solvers at 410-548-1776. Crime Solvers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
