DELAWARE - Delaware is continuing its crackdown on distracted drivers. The office of highway safety announced the results from the latest "Phone in one hand. Ticket in the other" campaign. Between April 9th and the 22nd, more than 2,043 drivers were stopped and issued citations for distracted driving.
Last year, 13,142 people were given tickets for using their cell phone while driving.
