Seaford Man Charged With Robbing Pizza Deliver Driver

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. - A Seaford man is accused of robbing a pizza delivery driver in Bridgeville. Delaware State Police say a pizza delivery driver had just delivered a pizza to a Mill Park Drive home.

As the driver was backing out into the road, she was approached by a man, later identified as, 36-year-old James Jubilee Jr., who asked if she had change. According to the report, the Jubilee opened his wallet to get money to exchange, but suddenly grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash from the driver, and ran towards a nearby trailer.

The victim was not injured during the encounter. After troopers reported to the scene, a man that matched the description of the suspect walked by, and was taken into custody. Jubilee Jr., was charged with 2nd degree robbery, and held at Sussex Correctional Institute on $5,000 bond.
