WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police say an 11-year-old boy accidentally shot his 7-year-old brother in the hand with a gun the pair found.

The boy was listed in good condition at A.I. duPont Hospital on Tuesday, a day after the shooting at a home on Delamore Place.

Police spokesman Cpl. Mark Ivey says the boys found the gun in a high cabinet in the kitchen of the home and were playing with it when the gun went off.

Ivey says charges may be filed once prosecutors review the case.
