Out Of Control Trash Fire Burns Barn In Denton

DENTON, Md. - Officials say a trash fire that got out of control, lead to $80,000 worth of damages.

According to the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office, on Wednesday around 2:45 PM, the owner of the property was burning trash on the exterior corner of his barn, when the fire got out of control and spread to the barn.

The two alarm blaze on Fisher Road in Denton, took 40 Denton firefighters an hour to control. Officials say the 50' x 100' pole building was filled with numerous vehicles, and equipment.
