UPDATE: Cause Of Deborah Drive Fire Released

SALISBURY, Md. - The cause for a Thursday morning fire in Salisbury, has been released.

Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office says the fire, which was found by the occupant, started in the utility room of their Deborah Drive townhome, shortly after 7:00 AM. The blaze took 20 firefighters from two departments, 35 minutes to control.

Officials say the fire was accidental, and caused by a malfunction in the HVAC unit. Damages are estimated at $130,000. No one was hurt during the blaze.
