Easton Police Warn Of "Good Samaritan" Scam

EASTON, Md. - Investigators warn motorists about a scammer posing as a "Good Samaritan."

Police say they already have a number of cases which happened in local shopping centers in Easton, where a person helps change a slashed tire for money. The person is believed to be the one damaging the tires.
