Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Dover

DOVER, Del. - Two Wilmington men have been arrested on drug charges.

Dover Police say the two men, 37-year-old Anthony Terrero and 25-year-old Samuel Santiago-Rodriguez, were pulled over by Dover Police Department's Safe Streets, DVOC and Quality of Life Task Force units on Tuesday near Townsend Boulevard.

Officials said that inside the Ford Taurus they found 716 bags of heroin, .5 grams of cocaine, cash, and other drug paraphernalia.

Both Terrero and Santiago-Rodriguez, were arrested and charged with possession of Heroin Tier 5 quantity, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2nd conspiracy. They are being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional on bond.
