SALISBURY, Md. - A Salisbury man has been arrested on multiple sex offence charges. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, on three separate occasions, 54-year-old James Renberg, drove the victim to Deer's Head Road in Salisbury, and intimidated her to masturbate him.

The victim reportedly told the deputy that she knew Renberg, but he suggested that something bad would happen to her if she didn't do what he said, which made her feel that she had no choice.

Renberg was arrested on Saturday, charged with 3rd degree sex offense, 4th degree sex offense, 2nd degree assault, indecent exposure, and kidnapping. He is being held at the Detention Center on $200,000 bond.
