Hebron Man Accused Of Stealing Pills From Victim In Wheelchair

SHARPTOWN, Md. - A Hebron man has been charged with robbery and theft after allegedly trying to steal from a physically impaired person.

The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says that 21-year-old Stephen Wilson, allegedly strong arm robbed a paraplegic person, who is confined to a wheelchair, of their oxycodone pills. According to the report, Wilson wrestled the victim to ground on Main Street in Sharptown, got the pills, and fled the area.

An investigation lead to Wilson's arrest, on Tuesday. He was charged with robbery, theft, and 2nd degree assault. Wilson is now being held at the Detention Center on $75,000 bond.
